There are three basic types of surface rolling of sheets and strips, represented by the production process of sheets and strips.
The first one: after hot rolling, annealing, pickling and descale. The surface of the treated steel plate is blunt and a little rough.
No.2D: The surface is better than N0.1, and the surface is dull. After cold rolling, annealing, rust removal, and finally rolling with wool surface rollers.
No.2B: This is the most commonly used in construction applications. The process is the same as in 2D, except for the final slight cold rolling using polishing rollers after annealing and scaling. The surface is slightly shiny and can be polished.
No.2B Bright Annealing: This is a reflective surface that is rolled by polishing rollers and annealed in a controlled atmosphere. Bright annealing still maintains its reflective surface and does not produce scale. Since there is no oxidation reaction during bright annealing, pickling or passivation is not required.
